game crashes after guild alliance update

so i was playing just fine till the update now after patch every time i try opening the game clicking play the game crashes showing the submit error window ..when i click submit the window down on the left doesn't disappear and keeps saying gathering information.. even if i close that second window and try opening the game again the client is stuck at patching and wont let me play ..i have to either restart my laptop or end task from task manager to be able to click play again which then crashes the game again and so on.. i tried force verifying the game but nothing changed.. any solution please

i am having a similar problem, i get to the cryptic screen and halfway through the load bar the game crashes and i have the same problem

it was fixed for me after they patched the game just wait for the next patch and it will run just fine
