for the past few mths i've been trying to get #twistedlabrys from the trade house without any luck
was wondering how do u get it thx ?

You can only get it from the twisted weapon merchant in Mantol Derith. Getting it requires twisted ichor which you can get from doing epic demogorgon.

Start working on keys for the edemo chest, you'll need 20 of them.
