PVP gears same problems since mod 5

Its the second time i post about that but it seems it has been ignored so it leave me with no choice but creating a new topic.
The thing is that most of the pvp gears for level 60-65 does require seals of victory but you cannot gain seals of victory before level 70.
Then this situation is aggravated by the fact that NOBODY plays gauntlgrims anymore. SO about 80% of the PVPgears for level60-69 is completely unaccessible.
I will once more bring forward simple solutions to this problem.
First remove seal of victory from curency needed to buy pvp gears with Requirements under level 70. Keep it only for lvl70+ gears.
Second, we can already trade grims coins for glory, allowing us to trade glory for grims coins would also allow players to buy grims pvp gears even if its impossible to find a Gauntlgrim game.
Off course fixing Gauntlgrim would be the ideal solution to have players play it again but that might takes years to accomplish so i strongly recomend that we could trade glory for grim coins.
