Journal - Achievements - Heroic Encounters section glitched

I can't seem to complete Major Hero II and Major Hero III. I'm at 21 out of 50 and 21 out of 100 in the Journal, achievements section for Heroic Encounter. I completed a 10+ player Heroic Encounter in Stronghold, Icewind Dale, and Well of Dragons and it still won't give me credit for completion. I'm assuming there is a bug.
