Yeah I cant wait to use my companions with 3 defense slots on my GF.I couldnt find properly stacking companion for him since Portal hound is the only one properly stacking companion gifts(with 3 defense slot) and it is bound so buying that from AH is not a possibility.I could have used demon/warlock but they lose too many defense stat because of offense slots on them

So, you can have a legendary augment who give you a permanent +5k Power and Crit for 6M AD without any grind. But no damages from an augment, and a relatively useless Active Bonus.

Or, you can have a legendary pet with a good active bonus, who deal decent damages and give you a +20-25k Power and Crit for 6-10s then 10-12k Power and Crit for 10-14s, then +1k Power and Crit for 10s before a new start of Companion Gift for 13-17M AD and a lot of grind.

2.5x more expensive, but 2.5x better.

or you know instead of augment for 6m you can have a goat for 100k and upgrade it OR your favorite companion to legendary for 1m or simpy from com.aug.kits and get the 10k stats

LOL. When i say 6M, i talk about a Goat + R12 Runestones and R12 off enchants.

From a BIS point of view, an Archon with +4/+5 rings of underdark and adorable gear still a far better choice than an augment after the nerf the fix.

And for a player who have time to grind and 500k ad, a blue pet with 3 R8 Bonding will be a better choice than a Goat.

Did they ninja fix the underdark rings to work on companions?

Last time i checked ( after lol set fix ) +4000 for Xs, and ambush works. +HAMSTER x10 for 4s and others don't.

I'm not sure it was WAI, but it works. I guess if i'm muted again, i will have the answer.

ah, 6m with r12 good but bondings cost like 5.5m ad too so a non augment hits 11.5m ad if you count equipment (and that ia w/o the companion price).
