    Sorry, u only get the artifact from the "Dragonborn Legend Pack," via the Zen Market, & its character-bound, so u will have 2 get it yourself

    yea blizzardpenguin is right however i think its worth it because u got alot of good stuff and that artifact u can get for every toon u have

    Also its good to know you can't refine the artifact into another artifact if you find something better
