Your Infantile Compensation gives 0 damage to "..." (Owl bear cub)

The title pretty much says it all...I'm a MoF, CW who recently picked up an owlbear cub as an attempt to mitigate the incoming lol nerf. Unfortunately, it seems as somethings not quite right. It seems to be procing for 0 dmg, about 85-90% of the time. Of course this is anctedotal, because Xbox and the lack of any logging system..that said I've been pouring over the combat logs and something really doesn't seem right. Especially for something so expensive and difficult to obtain.
Spells used are
Coi, it, dis, ftf on tab. Scorching burst and chilling cloud for at-wills and op and ice knife for dailies.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

    I've noticed it as well. It's really hard to tell, but what I thought was happening was it was proccing on the first hit and not on the DOTs. But the log doesn't really make it easy to study.
    Maybe you could ask one of the PC guys.

    On both my OP and HR it hits for about 9k all the time.
    Is there a specific skill that's not procing properly?

    I think that's the 64k question. I'm seeing tons of zero's with the load out listed above...and...it's...driving ...me ..nuts


    -side note; infantile compensation, as the name for a power, is hilarious...

    It seems icy terrain is a big culprit. Which, to my knowledge, isn't a DoT, and should be able to proc it...right?

    I can confirm this, I have been seeing lots of 0's with my HR as well.... I notice it far more often when fighting bosses so maybe they have some kind of resistance/immunity to it, no idea if that is supposed to happen.

    This seems to be working for most of the skills I have tested, but still looking.

    Remember if its a dot/pulse only the trigger will do damage. Follow up damage over time will not do any damage.

    Hear you with the dots. Trying to ignore them within all the spam. Definitely, icy terrain is a problem, zero's all around and it's not a DoT. Wtb parser lol...

    Icey Terrain was called out specific in one of the early examples as being stated it will not trigger on each tic. So if your getting 0's that's intended. This procs on the USE of the power, not follow up effects.
