Black Ice account wide please !

Hi,
It would be great if Black Ice could be account wide, like for instance the Tarmulane trade bars !
With my main character I did a lot of Kessels retreat etcetera, and have an excess of around 50000 black ice. On my alt I have almost nothing but I would like to upgrade the Black Ice forge so I can upgrade my gear. This will cost 75000 Black Ice, which is a lot to grind again realy.
Anyone else seem to be facing this grim task ?
Anyways, please please please please make Black Ice account wide !!!
