Need Partner(s) to run Guild

I'm looking for (a) mature individual(s) to help me run my guild.
About me: I have a lvl 68 CW, 70 SW, and am currently working on my lvl 61 TR. I've avoided MMO's until Neverwinter, and now I'm all in. I'm a comic geek, a football fan, a TV nerd and a fan of dark comedy.
What I want me Guild to be: I don't ever want to charge for membership. That's absurd. I don't want to discriminate based on age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, or experience. I want guildies to contribute without TOO much pressure. Members should contribute, but shouldn't feel like they have to login everyday. The guild should definitely be social, having a group either on Facebook or on a similar platform, so that members can better get to know one another and arrange groups, trades, etc.
What I'm looking for in this post: I need (a) partner(s) to help me set rules, arrange guild activities, moderate guildie behavior in social and in game, help recruit, and help set Stronghold goals. You must have a mic. Please be willing to get to know me to make sure we mesh, and get to know recruits to make sure they fit our guild.
I just want to enjoy this game to its fullest potential, and want a guild that is filled with people who feel the same.
