ranged dps, who's the best?

My main is a gwf with a close second of a gf. I'm looking for something a little different. What I'm looking for is a ranged dps toon. What do you think is better and why? I've got a CW, Ranger, and Warlock all at 70 but really only have the time/funds to put some love into one of them. I'd love some feedback.
Thanks.

Warlock. Why? Buggy mechanics. CW is more of a melee character than a ranged one in terms of AoE, single target you could count it as ranged, but its single target is nowhere near the single target of a SW anyhow.

Me! End of discussion close topic xD. It's warlock as @thefabricant said and i dont think it's only buggy mechanics, at multi target. many people complain about Archery feated HR, it is true it lacks damage and some reworking would be justified since archer HR cant get even close to SW or buff over them(lets just say dark revelry and infernal wrath are nice enough to beat longstrider shot ocasional trigger) , but in single target you can see them as a MOF renegade, buffs over the roof for all so even if a rework comes to neverwinter "treesclimbers" xD expect SW to always be better as a ranged class.

I would really wait a bit for this. The devs are currently doing balance changes obviously. Currently, wizard is bad comparable dps in groups, warlock has the bugged puppet that deals way too much damage and archery rangers are worthless and pull all the aggro.
Maybe invest in a righteous cleric? I heard people call them "dps clerics" lately.
Otherwise just go with what animations and powers you like.

If you really want to have a high impact in dps for pve content, I suggest u to take DC, while dealing damage similar to second tier of dpser, DC can buff team damage by more than 2x. Your team will clear the dungeons and skirmish faster than taking in another dps, and you no need and never worry about cant get into queue. A good dpser and heavy debuffer while giving heals as one of the side effect on attacking, looks nice isnt it?

SW does the most damage. As far as best? That's up to you. DC and CW are both great choices as well, however neither are best run as pure dps if that's what you're looking for.

I run HR and would recommend wait till all the class balancing is done before I gave an Opinion right now SW looks best for ranged but you will be squishy which you will not be used to

I'd suggest playing each of the three and finding out which style you like best, after that Min/Max to your hearts content! :)

    As for Scourge Warlock, personally...

HR trapper is a whole lot of fun, though you'll wish you had more fingers.

We're also nerf-proof, and therefore a good speculative investment, as right now the class is rockbottom despite doing decent dps in pve. The only way for the HR is up, whereas some classes... well lets just say some aspects of their damage-dealing mechanics are grey-area nerf-magnets.
No idea what my toon is now.

Lol sure, that'll get fixed, but 99% of HRs don't ever use it anyway. I think I haven't had it in my rotation since well maybe mod2 when I tried a bit of everything.
