How can I let arc client "know" neverwinter is neverwinter?

So I have installed neverwinter before the arc games and arc client. Now when I have an arc quest to login to nw I would like to complete it...but when client scans hdd for games nw is not among them,maybe because its on other hdd?The question now is-can I manually set my already installed nw to an actual arcgame?Or uninstall old and install new through arc(and lose all hud layouts and options...)?
