Portabello's Race

OK.. apologies if this is somewhere else, couldn't find a post.

But, the race event in Portabello's campaign, is there an issue with it popping?
I tried doing it over the weekend, went to the bleacher area, signal the race coordinator, but never got the race to start.

Does it only happen at certain times?

    It seems it gets bugged on some instances.You should move to another working instance by asking other people on the zone

    I find it rather stupid that players have to come up with work arounds for bugs and mistakes made by this games developers.

    No... I can't believe there are any bugs in this new content... this first time I tried Respen's Game, at the first group door to actually get into it, I got sent to a PvP instance in my Stronghold ....

    I tried it once, but since I HATE Jumpies, I won't be doing it again - watch for my 1st & only effort on YuTube.
