Bug on Crushing Surge (GF)

Weapon enchants (i tried with my terror) doesnt works using Crushing Surge, it not debuff when weapon hits the target but using Tide of Iron and Cleave it works

    I hope this class isn't left more broken then before these changes started.

    I really wish they left this class alone.
    Yes, our (GFs) at-will dps is poor. But I'd rather have that, then a class more broken then it already is.

    I just tested this and can confirm this bug is also with the Life Drinker enchant on Guardian Fighters.

    For crushing surge, it does not proc at all.
    It also doesn't trigger the extra damage.
    So having an enchant with this at-will is now utterly broken.
