Let us EARN our Legendary rings

I have done CN and Edemo so many times. Everyday on that grind and still havent got a legendary ring that was good for my class.

I am with you. I have gotten 2 +5''s now and only 1 I use. Ring of ambush and I got this one 2 weeks after edema was unlocked. Last one I got was 3 weeks ago the ring of rising lifesteal which is garbage. I have yet to get either main or offhand from edemo. I see guild mates get weapon drops constantly from edemo. I don't need them, it's just principle.

I had to buy my weapons I have never seen them drop. Its not based on how well you do at all. I get gold after gold and top damage over and over doesn't make a bit of a difference.

Same here. Bought both mine and consistently hit 1st in dps with gold. My 1st +5 came on a silver run.

Damn that sucks man. I'm still sitting on 2 one from way back and cap rising lifesteal. Did pull a legendary pack from the glorious boxes last night. I guess that'll mend the wounds for a short time.

Oh I cannot complain too much, I have pulled quite a few decent drops lately from random chests and boxes

Just those darn BiS rings... I cannot begin to fathom how many runs I have done of everything.

Two people in my guild took a small break and first run back - POP +5's for both of them...maybe running less is the key

I hit a decent +5. Ring if rising defense. I just got a gf to 70 so this works great. I got it on my worse run of cn yet. I grabbed agro from the tank on all mobs, bosses. Went down 5 times before the 2nd boss lol. The game though I needed it I guess. Typically I dont go down at all but that depends on the group make up obviously.

One +5 Ring of sudden lifesteal from CN it's first week. Hundreds and hundreds of regular and epic demo as well as the skirmishes with the best being +4 of blah blah blah. It would be nice to get what I need instead of those getting them whom do not even need that type.

Why dont u just add legendary rings to tge zen market raise the drop rate a little higher because ibe done edemo enough to get 110 twisted ichor and the only legendary ring ive pulled was from cn and it was the orcish +5 null

More suggestions around earning / exchanging rings rather than the dumb luck / slot machine method.

Lets keep our discussions together folks to we at least speak with a united voice. Keep the feedback coming. I'm still bitter about the amount of playtime put into underdark, especially prophecy of madness, with no +5 rings. In fact, I still have not had any success scoring a single +5 from the original underdark mod...

This really needs a fix. I've gotten the same legendary ring from demo over and over. I know some people don't have them but when you've played and played and one finally drops only to be the exact one you've gotten for the past 4 drops. It's gets a little maddening.

Not even a useful ring I might add. I've have 4 ring of impenetrability +5 now.

Request for change: Include a currency for exchange so that players can earn their Legendary ring

I have yet to obtain my +5 Fortitude Regen Ring from Throne, maybe just maybe if I do it 10,000 more times I'll get it for sure. Seriously raise the chance.

I think the Poster who suggests running less may be on to something, all the guys who got them in our guild were guys who dont frequent the runs much, one guy got two back to back on his first two runs of Demo!

I can't tell you how many gold runs I've done and I haven't gotten any either I haven't ever gotten anything from a lockbox either best thing I have gotten was a I got a brilliant diamond and only one everything else was stuff that's only going for a out 5 - 10k on AH

What about the idea of selected rewards. You get a %chance for a certain quality of drop. If you get +5 you can choose any +5 ring, +4 any +4 ring and so on and so on. If you get lucky you get the one you want and if you farm you can pick the one thats selling atm.

This...my orginal proposition was some type of UD currency combined with a +5 ring exchange, but I'd be stoked to see any variation on the "earn it via currency" approach. Even if it takes months of daily tending to eventually earn it.

PS - still not one +5 ring from the original UD content here. Not even a crappy one...

I have farmed demo,edemo, and CN like a mad man all summer. Only seen 1 +5 ring drop. Personally they are super hard to get and all the good ones get handed to classes that cant use them. The loot table itsself has a ridiculous probability of actually getting a ring good for the charcher that pulls the ring. Let alone the actual chance it's a legendary they are seriously wayyy to hard to get.
