Common Cause for icespire peak can't be completed

The journal entry lists both "miner settlement" and "fix their wagon" as requirements, but you can only ever get one. In my case, I got settlement, and have completed every other requirement for this Common Cause, but the quest won't complete and I can't turn it in because it apparently expects me to also do "fix their wagon", which is impossible. I've checked, and the wagons can't be interacted with, and the quest giver for it won't give me the quest, as expected/normal.

Try going and doing the missing mission next day.Those dragon scenario missions change daily.One day one of them other day other one.I know this is not the solution you are looking for but it should prevent you falling behind too much until they fix it.

Also you might try to report it ingame.Sometimes missions can bug only for your character and they might fix it for only you.I know there were couple of friends that required debugging for certian misions.IWD start missions and some similar problems that you are facing get resolved in one or two days without waiting patch
