Common cause bugged?

Anyone else not able to finish the common cause for icepeak and roth valley? I can't do the mitheral mines in icepeak or the fire forge in roth valley.

Yes, it is bugged, but you can complete the quests.

The indicator for the Lair questgiver no longer lights up, you still need to talk to them after speaking to the harper. So, just talk to all of the others until you get the quest. Or, if you remember which one is for each area, go straight to them.
