OK I see. It is just that if there is no way of knowing if eBtS is actually buffing anyone in my team (or maybe it is affecting 1 person only), then it is actually not buffing at all and is much less useful (due to lack of clarity in the tooltip about in which AoE it buffs). In that case I will always prefer to use eFF, since I know that the buffs are getting applied.

Thanks for your suggestion about the channel, I was not aware of it - I will join it!

Check the tooltip under character avatars on your left. You can see who is affected and who is not, then start to reposition to get them all under your buff.

I hadn't noticed that the buff made a small icon next to the avatars on the left... So use trial and error and I can figure out approximately how it applies the buff. Sounds reasonable, thanks!
