in Player Feedback (PC)
so i start the game and press start then neverwinter logo appear and stuck/freeze in there SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE CAN'T PLAY THE GAME

    Try start the game in safe mode from the launcher options.
    once your in game change the DX setting to DX9

    Also for more info what is your computer specs?
