Does anyone know if the No Sympathy stronghold HE runs on a specific schedule? If do, when?

can appear if all people on stronghold exit and someone enter and exit a lot of times, that make and destroy a stronghold instance, epic encounters appear by a random rate, but always have 1 up

@soonergm the large SH HEs run one by one for 20mins each. Unless you complete one, then the next one will start. It's completely random from my experiences

There is a rotation but I'm not familiar with the big ones just the 5 person rotation
