HELP Just Bought Dragonborn Legend Pack

Hello today I come to you with a problem, hopefully it's just an easy fix and not some b.s ... anyways I just finally saved up 766k AD from Double AD to purchase the DragonBorn Legend Pack. I got everything the pack said I would get EXCEPT the race reroll the most important thing imo from that pack. I tried many things from logging out to logging back in hard resting my xbox and router and the Race reroll is still not available it telling me I have to purchase it again!? what is this. If this is a bug I'd be happy to give back what I bought and save my AD for something worth working. Please can someone tell me where my race reroll token is? it's not at the character screen either

Open a ticket to customer service. I remember this being an issue a looong time ago but im pretty sure this was fixed, all you do is hit Y on the char screen to race reroll.

Hit "Y" then scroll all the way up, Dragonborn is at the top

I see that when creating a NEW character but the Dragonborn Legend Pack says it comes with a Race Reroll which means you get to change your race without making a new character that's where the problem is there is no race reroll I am only able to create a new character with a dragon race and funny thing is when I asked for help on Neverwinter in game chat My account has now officially been suspended for what reason!?

So you have selected your character, selected Race Reroll, and it says you have to buy it?

Have you tried buying it to see if it is free for one time use?

I got everything the pack said I would get, EXCEPT one crucial thing. The Race Reroll, the most important thing, imo in from that pack. If this is a bug I'd be happy to give back what I bought and save my AD for something worth working. Please can someone tell me where my race reroll token is? it's not at the character screen either.

@ogpaulyc I believe that your best course of action would be to file a support ticket. You can do this by going to https://support.arcgames.com/app/support_center and clicking on Submit a ticket. Support will be able to help you. Nobody else here can.
