I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to get my crit severity up to 100% without using vorpal. Right now I am at 83% and that is with the first crit sev. boon from ToD and the boon from IWD. If I get the Eryines and make it epic that will put me at 10%. Best way to get the final 7%?

Before Vorpal I had my Crit Severity up to 92% and that was with a Blue Erinys, so at Purple that would be another 5%, then Dancing Blade could add to that, I`m not sure as I do not have that Companion.
If you re-roll your race you can get 5% from the Half Orc Class as well.

Critical strike affects your chance to get a critical...
CSev affects your damage you do only after you get a critical...
They aren't the same thing...
reinforcements only affect CS, not CSev
overloads affect damage and boost stats temporarily as a situational bonus, again, not CSev
You start with 75% CSev base, and can only add to it the following ways...
boons:
ice wind dale: 2%
Tyranny of dragons: 5,6.5,8% if you do all three (almost impossible to do, plus 3%ls is better use for tier 6)
Stronghold: 2.5-15% based on tier (my preliminary numbers show 8000 power is better than 15% CSev, but haven't confirmed them since my guild isn't close to the boons yet)
Half-Orc: 5% racial
Companions:
Dancing blades: 3/5 rare v epic
Erinyes of Belial: 5/10
Cambion magus: 10%
Vorpal: 50%
Consumables:
Squash soup: 5%
Pocket pet: 5%
Flask of potency: 7.5%
I don't believe there are other ways but I could be wrong...I don't use consumables except for pet but would consider them in the future...
Typically speaking you should examine damage vs critical ratio, you'll find some places where increasing power is better than CSev or cs...there is a fine dance to be had there...and it really changes when u factor in 'extras'...
The other thing to note is 'extras' you get beyond just CSev that affects numbers...
Lostmauth set, wheel of elements, etc...
Example: last night I crit for 422k dmg...on 1 beholder in nine hells, I looked at the logs and here is the rough breakdown (I didn't write it down but these are what I remember)...I did a seismic shot...
Lostmauth set crit so I did 18k dmg, seismic crit for 220k, wheel of elements triggered for 107k, my overload crit for 6k, and 2-3 other things crit as well, all on one shot...next time it happens I'll SS it as I'm missing a few things...
point is all that damage stacks to be significant and it isn't always reflected in spreadsheets...which is why we need a thread on it ...
Other considerations...dragon born 3% power and cs will do 2.9% more DoT than a half Orc if u run basic numbers. 8k power > 15% CSev , etc...

The reason I want to get to 100% is to take advantage of stacking crit and using my lostmauth set. But I like to help the entire party out with the terror enchant as opposed to just helping myself with vorpal. Also it looks like I won't ever be short on power, especially using the live companion + bonding runestones.
So, for example, if you are sitting at 125% or greater for crit severity then that may be why you get more from 8000 power than more crit sev.
Disclaimer: All of this is from theory and things I have read from other players, primarily on PC because they seem to do more testing... I do not have any personal experience or data.
