Underdark Campaign - doing Boons out of order

Character completed all the required bars to complete the boons in Underdark but did not have the book for Dwarven Spelunking. Did have the book for "Touch of Madness" boon. Clicked on that to complete that boon. It did the processing and when shows the Touch of Madness as completed in the campaign tree but shows the Dwarven Spelunking as "Collect your reward!". Clicking the "Collect your Reward" appears to let you select the reward but when it completes it goes back to "Missing Requirements" though A Touch of Madness shows completed. If the intent was to lockstep the player into doing each sequentially the system is broken. If the intent was to let the player do them out of order the system is still broken.
