Level 1-60 you follow a story line where each quest, mini dungeon is played through only one time. Level 60 or if you're lucky 61or2 you've finished the plot now the campaigns await, you're going to hunt Valindra down, no you're not, that requires lvl 70.
Ok then I'll go and see the redoubtable Sgt Knox he points you to the druid you start EE. Well this isn't the same as before, I'd raid a dungeon stop the evil and move on, this guy keeps sending me back to the same places to do the same thing, oh well, only one area, it's not too repetitive. Ok Level up next zone, Hmm these missions are very familiar, and I have to repeat them, well I got there, Next zone, wait I'm too low level to brush these aside, I need to focus. Ok I get these, down, they're very similar to area 1 and 2, no worries, area 4 the boss area will be good. It wasn't.By the time you're 68 and have finished EE you are fed up of this incoherent storytelling poor rewards for time spent.
Cramming what little you have into lvl 70 doesn't help, some one who just hit 70 will find Sharandar a challenge, someone whos been playing for months or years won't, but they're both still compelled to do it for minimal rewards.
Create a bridging story from 60-70, add additional quests to the campaigns that reward at least double the currency but require the inital campaign be completed and 2.8K Item level.
