DRUNK_GWF here international server, got a huge issue at the moment.
Currently stuck in Sharandar (or however you spell it) I can interact with NPC's and animations are working for portals/doors but I don't have an option to interact so I can either enter or leave an area.
Here is what I have tried;
Stuck / defeat self - respawned at the nearest camp site and the same problem, animations work NPC's I can interact with but again no option for interacting with doors or portals.
VIP teleport to moonshine / protectors Enclave - It interacts but won't actually move me anywhere - progression bar shows and then no teleport, still stuck in Sharandar.
Switching Instance - no luck wont allow me to switch instance even if there is only 4 people on a map - the change instance button is working I can select a map but again won't move me (no my timer isn't on cooldown)
Loged out and loged back in - same issue stuck
Completed exited - rebooted my PC - restarted neverwinter and completed a file verification - restarted and again same problem.
Made a party tried to move to map instance - same problem.
Qued for Elol clicked to join - everyone entered and I was still in Sharandar - (Side effect of this, they couldn't progress in the dungeon as it was saying you need to gather your part and I was still stuck in sharandar)
Tried just a 2 man party and tried to enter a dungeon in the map I'm in - purple circle popped up countown was successfull - he was in the dungeon and I was still outside.
Tried using a VIP Travel cross thing - again animations are there but no option to interact
Jumped off a cliff killing my charecter (different from suicide by gm) - still same issue.
As you can see I've tried like hell to become un-stuck on a map but am getting nowhere and it's my primary charecter. I hvae submitted 3 tickets to GM it gives me the ticket number 3,885,816. (latest one) But when I go to help and look for my pending tickets / nothing is there...
Can a MOD or someone help me please??

Next time you try to log in, game will offer to transfer you to safe location e.g Protector enclave
Do NOT keep making new tickets -- every time you do, it closes the old ticket and puts you at the back of the line for support.
