Anyone else have this problem?

So a little backstory, I got REALLY lucky back when the Ancestry Metallic race was the "hot thing" from lockboxes. I got 2 of them. Used one, and traded the other for an Imperial Rage Drake, Token of Chromatic Storm, and some other items that I saved for my Pally. So I'm sitting there on my OP and this guy comes out of nowhere, saying that I hack lockboxes and that I didn't get the stuff legit. I tried to explain to him exactly what I already stated here. He then proceeded to follow me around Icewind, Cear-Konig specifically, and keep saying that I cheated, bought from ok goods, and to enjoy the time I had left before my ban.

I'm curious, has anyone else had a problem like this? Someone just following them and complaining they don't have what you have? Original conversation below (sorry in advance if this is considered harassment to put this guy's name out there):

You may get in trouble for the name being visible in which if I were you, I would have blurred their name atleast since it leaves the dialogue still visible. As for harassment in game, well a simple report by you and this photo could suffice to have them banned and/or suspended. Jealousy will never die and envy will ensue; until they paying your bills, pay them no mind aside from a block and report imo.

Daq is right on all points and yes you should've just hit the report button - he goes immediately on to your blocked list and cannot talk to you anymore, even in zone chat.

I mean a hater is gonna hate, but I was just curious how much of a problem this is, like how often it happens to people. I know I can't be the only one.
