unable to interact

Hello everyone today i got Dc in IWD but when i get back to game it show me i cant talk to any NPC or trvel out of IWD !!
i try everything by force to chk few times safemod login anything else but cant be help.
can anyone tell me what should i do ?

    sorry nothing help atm i think just waiting GM come online will help .
    what a weast lose all the day to do nothing xp lost winter gift lost ..etc.

    And now the IWD becom moody !! 2 days free and 1 day locked :(
    i wonder when they can fix this bug ?!!
