Using Steam to launch Neverwinter, but taken to Arc billing Website when trying to purchase ZEN

Ok so I am having a weird issue.

I have money in my steam wallet that I got for Christmas and I wish to purchase ZEN.

The problem comes is when I go to the ZEN store it pulls up the ARC billing website. I have launched the game though my STEAM client, completely uninstalled ARC from my computer, as well as completely reinstalling both STEAM and Neverwinter to no avail.

I successfully bought ZEN through the steam wallet for the fist time a few days ago, and it worked just fine.

Please let me know if anyone else has ever experience anything like this.

same here. I already have my money on steam and was wanting to spend it on nwo. I keep getting the same answer too. "if you launch it in steam, it will only take you to steam" but that is not what is happening.

Me and two other friends experience the same issue. My friend wants to buy a 110% mount because currently he's slow as hell lol

I highly recommend that you do not use Steam to buy Zen anyway. Cause it puts your account on probation until Steam delivers the money to Arc. Which sometimes takes a while (up to several weeks). In that time, you can't use the AD Exchange, and anything you buy with the Zen will be bound to your account. If you buy keys with it, anything you get out of the lockboxes will be bound to your account. So moral of the story is - Don't buy Zen through Steam.

Though for the issues - Steam has had some caching and severe vulnerability issues since Christmas. This is probably why it's not working correctly. If you still wish to buy Zen through Steam, you will probably need to manually search for it in Steam or wait until Valve gets it completely fixed.

I understand and will never be buying ZEN through steam again, the only reason I did this time was because ARC no longer does giftcards with Gamestop. Is there anyway for them to start that again?

Also is there anything that I can do to accelerate the payment process from Steam to get my account off probation?

Also thx to everyone else for posting on this thread. It is nice to know I am not the only one having this problem. If I figure out any way to solve it I will let everyone know.

It might just be your local GameStop is not stocked with Arc Cards. Mine has them. You may wish to speak to someone at your local GameStop and request they order some. Mine was out of stock for months when the cards got transitioned from the PWE cards to the new Arc cards.

Also, I am glad you finally got it working, I guess Valve finally go their work done.

Any idea how long it will take steam to give them the money so my account will come off probation?

And is their anything that I can do to speed it up?
