Beacon Artifact refine

Is anyone else having a problem with not getting the full refine value out of the Lumen? I put a blinding lumen into it and it says I'm getting 2000 refine points instead of the 3200.
stealth is survival skills (and not tanking skills, that is really different)
stealth is damage
stealth is mobility
stealth is everything
everything is stealth
Stealth make TR OP, but lack of stealth make TR useless.

    I also had the same issue. The description says it should refine for 3200 points, but only shows 2000 when put into the simril artifact.

    I will try to find it but Asterdahl commented the other day that the text 3200 is incorrect and the 2000 is the real amount so the bug is just the values in the tooltip text.

    I would avoid all activites withing winterfestival at this time.

    We clearly do not know what is considered exploitation.. it MAY very well be to do with the artifact.
