Problem with chat

I have one problem.
In chat i never see lfg and zone chat messages. I have acctive lfg and zone channel. In chat i only see my friend's or guild members msssages.
I think i use some command for disable lfg and zone chat. I don't know what to do and support don't help me. Is there anyone who can help me? I send him 1 milion AD when he help me. I am fair and honest.
I would be very grateful.
