Game freezing during demon encounters (depending on number of people)

I don't have windows 10, my graphic setting are on low, using a gaming computer, not having issues with anything else. How do I fix this? I can't do this campaign atm

    I have had game freezes in eDemo yesterday.
    I solved it (or hope to solve it) by using lowest graphic settings and DirectX 9.

    Chances are it will improve after tomorrow's maintenance. The devs are toning down a couple pally powers - particularly Prism and Burning Guidance (a boon that others can take, but was over-proccing for OPs) -- that caused a lot of the lag in IWD demonic HEs (and dragon herald runs in WoD):
    Classes and Balance
    Boons
    Burning Guidance: This boon now triggers once per second at its fastest.
    Class Powers
    Oathbound Paladin: Prism can now affect a maximum of 5 targets.
    Oathbound Paladin: Sacred Weapon no longer triggers from Bond of Virtue heals.
    Oathbound Paladin: Shield of Faith can now affect a maximum of 10 targets.
    There are other issues in IWP/DV, but this should help with the freezing during demonic HEs.
