End Battle in Lair of Lostmauth crashes

So this has happened 5 times now on 2 of my characters. During the final battle against lostmauth the game crashes. It doesn't matter if I died during the fight or not. We are going along good and getting the dragons health down and then the game freezes and then crashes. Of course I have to relaunch the client, logging back into the game and hope that everyone is either still in the instance or that i get in before they all die. The last time that wasn't the case and the group finished and left the instance. I came back into the game and couldn't re-enter the instance.
I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps for this. (So please don't tell me to do them again)
1.) Uninstalled the entire game from my computer
2.) Reinstalled the entire game from my computer, first the arc version which didn't work and then the last time the steam version... (Both versions crash)
3.) Ensured all patches have been applied to the game.
4.) Verified 3 times that my video card and all of its drivers are up to do.
5.) Verified my operating system is up to date and patched.
6.) Verified that there is no difference with anti-virus software running or turned off.
7.) Verified that my firewall is not doing anything by also turning off.
8.) My internet connection was not lost or having any issues and i am 'DIRECTLY' wired into my router.
The same issue occured with someone else in the group i was running the dungeon with. I happened to reconnect into the game and they were still disconnected. So this is not 'just my computer'.
I have no issues with any other game i have installed on my computer.
I recently made some purchases and frankly i'm regretting that decision.
I had issues before with the chest bug and was unable to get alot of items from chests and in one case i missed out on the horn! Now i can't even get to the stupid chests.
I have submitted a support ticket for the lostmauth crash.. My hope is this gets resolved soon.
