Broken Refinement?

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
For some reason I can't refine artifact weapons or my artifacts. Nothing is working and the A button when im adding gems, runestones, etc is grey. Is anyone aware of an issue or is it just my account? lol

    can you fast travel or interact with a npc. vendor, ect?

    If so, LOG OFF of your character go to main menu and force close the game. Unplug xbox and wait a few minutes. Boot back up, read this on the forums last night to help out a friend stuck in IWP. So speculate being in Instance #2 of a zone is also a root problem. Were or are you in Instance #2?
