Very weird bug possible to be only with me, and its keeping me from making progress on the campaing.

There is a daily quest on the Dread Ring campaing that asks for u to complete 3 heroic encounters, its name is: Demon Hunting.
I do not know why but every heroic encounter that I complete do not count as completed, I had sucess in various number of ways, I've done the encounter on solo, with a huge numbers of players, inside a party with 3 players, outside of a party... I've tried on all the Heroic encounters of the mapa and no one seem to count to the quest, so I'm stuck in the campaing, I dont know what to do, my friends were not having any trouble at all, its seems to be something personal haha.
Sory about my english, I'm not so good at it.
I'm hopping for an answear, thz for the attention.
