What is the name of (or where it's at) the Neverwinter Foundry version of The Wizard Of Oz??

Has anyone played this foundry quest? I've only been playing 2 weeks and I know I played it when I 1st started but for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it or where it was. It was really entertaining and fun too. Help anyone? Thanks!
