Very Annoying Bug in Instances

Hello, I just wanted to make it known that there is a very annoying bug going on during ques and instance groups. Every time I que into an instance, dungeon or PVP I end up outside of the group but still inside of the instance with them, and I can't be invited or ask to be invited. Also, I don't get loot, and in dungeon ques I don't get my Astral Diamond daily rewards for running them. Please help, I am missing out on a lot of loot and Astral Diamonds because of this, in addition to not being able to reque for anything until the instance is closed. Very annoying bug, would appreciate it being resolved. Thanks!
