Hey guys, I've been trying to understand my damage done based on ArP and ArP resist, digged through a lot of stuff and came to the following conclusions.
Disclaimer: I suck at math, so I did it step by step.
Base formula for calculating the damage done is:
Damage = DR - (ArP * (1 - ArP Resist))
Examples
assuming:
DR = 80% (not hard to achieve with Perfect+ Negation (30%) + Tenacity DR (40%) + Base DR (10%))
ArP Resist = 70% (with full tenacity possible), becoming 0.7 in the formula
So with 50% ArP it becomes:
Damage
= 80% - (50% * (1 - 0.7))
= 80% - (50% * 0.3)
= 80% - 15%
= 65%
So with 50% ArP I did 15% more damage.
Are these conclusions correct?

Another "have it or get wrecked" item.
Or a boon that gives 1000-8000 ArP.
Yeah, devs throw high numbers around, randomly.
That's what I wrote based in threats i lolkef up for
