bug? :common cause: bottled lightning

after i hit lvl 70, i still get the common cause bottle lightning quest in PE, when traveling to rothe valey, and talk to thar greenbough i only get the dragon and rescuing the slaves quest, this now for the last 5 weeks.
is the quest bugged, or not valid on lvl 70.

abandon common cause, pick it up again tomorrow

always do common cause on the day you accept it from the harper.

Yeah, there's been an ongoing issue with Common Cause. Don't hold onto it if you're not going to complete it.
