No more Skirmishes after level 62?

I just hit level 62 today and went into queue to go into a Skirmish to get more Astral Diamonds, and there are none listed. Did I just cut myself off RADs from skirmishes just by playing the game? Sure would be nice if I could earn them through quests...

I would've thought the lower level ones should still be available to you - they are when you're 70.

For now just bash through the levelling stages, you should get access to the two easier ones as soon as you do reach 70 (the ones based on Dread Ring and Sharandar).
