sigil oathbound and imperial set questions

hi everyone,

i was just wondering about a couple artifacts,

the sigil of the oathbound paladin - i know devoted is much liked, but is the heal from oath any good?

imperial set - i don't have this set but i'm just starting to research artifact sets, does the chance to proc extra dmg occur with DoTs? and if it does, does it have a chance every tick or just the initial hit? or, does it calculate once and every tick will get the extra dmg if proc'd?

The aoe deduction is useless

imperial set
Only initial attack with a very low chance.
I have tested with DC dot, and OP with p.fire

Sigil of the Oath bound is rather useless if you don't count the bug that has a DC's gift of haste proc on every tic of it...

belated thanks to both of you...*sigh* it seems like the lostmauth is the only good set, but its just so expensive for a new player

Sure, boring and mindless and repetitive, but the tooters do drop every so often.

lostmauth is ~6% of my damage on my tankadin,
imperial dragon is ~1% of my damage on my healadin.
