So far this weekend has been a disaster. Can't stay connected.... so can't finish much to reap 2 diamonds event. I even did the portforwding on my router. Didn't help! Am I missing something? Are there secret ports that only a few know about?

So I've reset the router, did a hard reset on the X1, and portforwded. What else is there?

So first off let me start by saying that this is not a connection problem on my end. I maintain less than 15 ms ping times to my own city and my ports are open. Upon running a ping test after playing the lagfest which is neverwinter I come back with a 3 second delay. This is inexcusable. How can you (cryptic) as a gaming company justify over 3 seconds of latency? I mean are you sharing wifi with Starbucks or McDonald's now for your servers? Why not invest a dollar or 2 more into your bandwidth and available servers. Every weekend it's the same HAMSTER. An event we can't play because the lag is insane. Please stop being cheap and actually pay for enough additional servers to accommodate the extra strain caused by weekend events and high player counts. It's laughable that I could host better servers out of the plug and play tech center that Google decided was too antiquated for them over a decade ago.

I get discouraged with Neverwinter's connection on a daily basis. We keep getting new content yet the servers are very unstable. I've noticed on events like dbl AD and dbl RP that neverwinter runs so horribly slow/server disconnect constantly.
