50% off Blood Ruby pack

Just turned lvl 70 on character #4. I can't use my coupon for the 50% off. What do I do? I think it's because of the Tymora. If I loose my coupon because of this... they should issue my account another one!

    Same problem happened to me last night. I even spent $10 on the 1000 ZEN (I was AD-broke on that character), and now the coupon has expired and is gone. I submitted a ticket as soon as I got the coupon, but I still haven't gotten a response over 24h later.

    Responses take about 3 days usually and they will not honor the coupon.

    I reckon it's because what's on the Zen store currently isn't a Blood Ruby Pack - it's Blood Ruby Pack with Tymora's Favours attached. Coupon probably doesn't work because of that.

    correct. but there should be an option to buy the blood rubies with the favours, or blood rubies without. I submitted a ticket also. just gotta wait and see.

    From what I noticed, even with a coupon if you try to enter the transaction with an amount of zen you know the price will be after discount it wont allow you to proc purchase. Example 2000 zen for Blood ruby pack and You have 1000 zen. The game doesn't register a coupon until it registers you have the proper zen before discount is added. Does it make sense? Because that's the problem I notice when purchasing things even a 15% off key I need the 125 zen to proc the coupon option.

    That is incorrect. You only need the amount after the discount to make purchases with coupons, I have done it dozens of times. And in this case, I went ahead and bought another 1000 ZEN to bring me to the 2000, and it STILL won't let me use the coupon. I am stuck paying 2000 ZEN for the pack, or not buying it at all. There is absolutely no option for me to buy it for 1000 ZEN.

    Alright they finally responded to my ticket. They basically said "You're HAMSTER, there is nothing we can do. Go discuss it on our forums!"

    I am beyond pissed off here, I think I am going to dispute the charge with VISA because I paid for a service and did not receive it. I'm not sure what else I can do. There is no way to convert that ZEN back into money.

    Forgive me...but you DID receive a service. The payment was for the ZEN purchase.

    But I agree...you should get a claim for the lost coupon. Of course...that's my opinion.

    there should of been an option to buy the rubies with favors or rubies without favors. so that way since it was double xp weekend we could purchase rubies for 50% off. Cause some of us are not interested in favors, since only thing there is to buy is a green mount. honestly on event weekends, maybe coupons shouldnt drop if the items are on sale.

    File a butthurt report under the they don't care section. Use Paypal in the future, easier to dispute.

    The solution is pretty damn simple, I don't how you haven't figured this out:

    Issue the coupons with no expiry date upon reaching level 70.

    that wouldnt resolve it, just issue a new one with the 24 hr expiration is better.

    In the mean time, tell your HAMSTER customer support team to stop telling us we are experiencing a unique, unknown bug, and that they won't do anything to help us.
