Sigil mission bugged

Ive completed everything on 2 characters to get the sigil mission but it still says must get 1/2 characters to level 60 I have 2 level 70s bith with the mission saying this and I have 2 more level 60s please help to fix this bug as I cant get my sigil to complete it

    It's intended to be a level 70 quest now. The text is just wrong.

    You have to be level 70 to get the quest now, even after the first 2 level 70s, you still need to get other character to level 70 to get their sigils.
