Initial impressions after the long downtime is that now everything is SO much

Worse. I'm getting in multiple hits on sly flourish before I see any HP changes at all, after exiting a CC dungeon it took it about 10 seconds to do the "Quest Completed" music and display after I appeared in PE. Everything seems to have a noticeable delay after it, be it attacks or interacting with objects etc. Even using my Aurora's catalogue had a slight but noticeable increase in the time it took the merchant to appear. It's rather infuriating, and I'm not sure if I'd rather have this over predictable times with 2+ minutes of "Server Not Responding" being the norm.

I hope this is somehow a temporary issue, or something on my side somewhere, that will soon disappear, because otherwise, what the heck did you guys do that actually made things worse? Anyone else having issues like these so far?

EDIT: And it seems our regularly scheduled 6pm "Server Not Responding" Happy Hours have also been carried over. Fabulous! So now the game is just plain worse than ever.

    Yes, my ISP is with AT&T. I am on the east coast and at 9:30PM EST my "Server not Responding" is still there. I seen a few complain about it also in Zone chat. While I was having the SNR issues I decided to load DDO, LOTRO, ESO, AION and Runes of Magic which all were running with no issues. Seems it was just NW that was having the issue. Same issue as before the 13hr downtime. So for me no fix noticed.
