Off-Hand Stat bonus

Which is the best stat bonus to use for the off-hand? I am currently using Control Bonus with a +313 score. Haven't tested out others because I do not want to spend the AD just yet to open them.

    They all have a soft cap at 900, so put the one you're lacking.

    Depends on your build, but I would recommend either Combat Advantage damage or AP gain. And like @umsche said, the soft cap is pretty brutal past 900, so use that as a guide.

    Ended up going AP since I already have 1200 CA from Lantern and Heart of Blue Dragon. Rolled a 293 after about 8 attempts and unlocking it last so it was a crazy expensive 293 points. It doesn't add to my 'Action Point Gain' percentage though. Is that normal?
