found some things that might help find the prob of why my game is crashing ive tried nearlly everything that was suggested but to still no avail the game crashes randomly when im playing from just running in the open world to pvp and to mob fights

i played neverwinter alot today and the game crashed a total of 20 times when im doing missions fighting pvp it crashes for no reason all the time i have an ASUS laptop its a proper good gaming laptop

asus has been making laptops for years. an 8 year old laptop is probably not a good gaming laptop, their ultra portables are not good gaming laptops. you need to be alot more specific if you want help

As a test, try running in "safe mode". You can find it under "options" on the launcher.

tried running on safe mode and still got a crash in PVP

well lack of a discreet video card is a fairly large downside. i'd put it in the average computer range. not the gaming machine range. will it play games yes. will it play them well. probably not.

It is probably getting too hot. I happened with my ASUS and finally burned out the processor.

What are your game settings? The should be set for the minimum available. I play on a 4 year old laptop... with questionable video card... so I run everything super low tech.

You my want to change your DX driver to DX9 instead of the default DX11. Either of the DX9 choices would work.

Also... turn off anything in game that would reduce performance by being on.​​

i used the sliders and changed all the graphics qualities to low

Try changing the DX driver to 9, as I suggested. That may work.​​

Launch Neverwinter through the ARC client and turn on the "Force Verify" option in the launcher. This will check your game files against the servers files and possibly fix any corruption. I had the same issues after a patch a month or so ago, and this fixed it.
