When final fantasy remake is released on ps4 and fallout 4 on xbox one, i will say bye bye neverwinter. Mod 5 was really fun and addictive. I could play it 24/7 but it all changed in mod6. I've never seen such a freaking boring game in my life. For example, leveling up from 60 to 70 was a freaking nightmare.
I made my cw, tr, op all level 70. My dc is currently lv62 and my hunter is almost lv65 so i know what im talking about. With this current difficulty + all the nerfs and other things/stuff its very very boring.
Yeh, i am still playing the game tho but not really enjoying it like in mod5.
Before i started playing this game, i was playing destiny since the release for like 6+ months then i decided to stop playing the game because of the boring and repetitive content. Now i am thinking about moving to another game because neverwinter is like destiny with all those boring and repetitive quests. The campaign is not really that bad tho but i just can't do anything else besides campaign and pvp. I can't do skirmish/dungeons/nothing... the difficulty is unfair. Srsly, i miss the mod5 dungeons. They reallly ****** it up with mod6 and it will get worse and worse with mod7/mod8/etc.
I know how you feel, I got sick of the painful boring grind of levelling, I hit 69 and couldn't take it anymore. finally got one character to 70 yesterday doing only 4 missions a day.
I think I only played Destiny for less than two months before I was back on Warframe. I played Warframe during the time I was playing Destiny but went back to it full time at the end of October 2014. I started playing Neverwinter shortly after it launched, I still play Warframe from time to time, But with Halo 5 and then Fallout 4 and Farcry Primal, and The Division. I think that this is my last month on Neverwinter. I'd like to kill the ridiculous 1000 dragons but I'm only a third of the way there.
I've left a couple of MMORPG games before after playing them for 6-12 months, no matter how good the game is at some point you move on to the next one. I've played and still play A LOT of standard RPG games on Xbox.
What I mean is it's not necessarily the particular change that makes people leave, it's a normal process of playing through the game and once it's over or you think you've seen and experienced it all you switch to something else.
I'll probably stick around with NW till I get all the elven gear and maybe mod 7 ships with the new artifacts, mounts and gear. Might have stayed a bit longer if there was a way to experience the new mod and play a new character without re-starting from level 1 and doing all the quest line again, twice is enough.
