Hello, my question here is which race is more suited for HR depending on min maxing your dps. I know it used to be Wood Elf then Drow but now that there is no cap on stats like power/crit maybe a Half - Orc would be better? (I 'm not that good with math so I hope a fellow min maxer will enlighten me 
).
P.S : I 'm asking from a 100% PvE perspective regarding stats/ability scores and all.
