Lightning Enchantment Perfect/Pure

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
Doing some testing and it seems that the Perfect/Pure, haven't tried Tran yet, Lightning Enchantment doesn't proc its lightning bolts on Dreadthefts initial hit. It's also not proc'ing on any DoT effects, though that may be WAI.

Just wanted to throw that out there for ya! :)

    The only enchant works constant on Dreadthefts is Vorpal.

    Good thing I use Vorpal! Figured sharing the info on Lightning couldn't hurt though...

    Lighting proceed on dot before.. with tr smoke bomb... now it does not..
