Oh, and the Coffer Log is totally useless... Like.. really.. of absolutely zero value. Better would be aggregate list that shows the total contributions by character (at least) and by account (if possible). Go take a look at STO starbases for a good example.

Nothing done in recent months has proven more that you are not actually playing your game than this implementation. Anyone who has spent any amount of time managing a stronghold can see how worthless this is. Showing a guild bank log of each transaction is vital. There is no logical reason at all that someone needs to know that I dropped a green item into the coffer 5 individual times...

Sad thing is, you have complete access to a game that is ALREADY DOING THIS EXACT SAME THING. STO has already worked out the kinks to the system itself...use their example, nobody will hold it against you.

I'll say this, if they make the same mistake that STO did with a level capped Starbase in regards to donating (basically, once you were level capped as a SB, you couldn't donate because there were no tasks left...no donations, no marks to buy gear). Make SURE you put in the repeateing tasks at the end of the last upgrade, or you are going to see a guild merry-go-round as people switch in and out of guilds to donate....assuming beyond the current gear, there is anything to use the marks for........*hint hint*.

I think the response to the influence issue was exellent. I don't mind pairing or partying up to run my toons through the bigger HE's for some challenge and a perceptible reward. The kick in the stomach though is the campaign currencies. I can only speak for myself and the common theme of discussions in our guild, but here's the thing: I DON'T WANT to go grind areas that I have already been through excessively. I have no issue with the campaign currencies being a token amount that you need to donate, but anyone who has taken a look at the requirements ahead for higher levels can plainly see the amounts required are far from 'token'. The amounts are excessive at best.

You guys did an excellent job in my opinion on the creation of this mod. It has added some fun. The game needs to be fun for people to play it. This is going in the right direction. I just wish whomever thinks it's a great idea to recycle old content would hop on a mount and play the game, because honestly, I don't wanna do it. If I'm the only one then cool, I can live with that. But I suspect I'm not alone. Please take a long hard look at this part of the mod...and please don't this as just focussing on the negative. We tend not to hop on here and point out everything that is awesome about NW. 90% of it is still terrific, or I wouldn't be here.

We are a medium sized Guild and struggled to get Influence to get to Guild hall 3 too. Then I looked and we won't need influence until Guild Hall 5 which is 9 Builds (8 now) from now. GH 5 requires 126k Influence, but nothing in between does. With each 10 Mains doing 400 influence and the 8 alts doing 150 Influence each day (they may need another player(s) working with them, but that's what DND is all about - helping your player group. It'll take you about 3 weeks (24 days) to get to 126,000 Influence. In that time you need to build 5 Rank 2 Buildings which take 1 day each to build, GH 4 takes 3 days and how long will it take to get the other currencies for the level 2s like 2200 Dungeoneer Shards for Quarry level 2.

We are a small guild that means about 10 players(18 with toons) a day farming influence that means it takes weeks to get from lvl 2 to lvl3 stronghold. Don't even want to think about the next levels.

Yes inflence is not a problem for guilds with more resources. But it is really slow for smaller guilds. We have not had an exodus due to this but I would venture to guess some smaller guilds have been hit hard by this.

From a small guild perpective(8-10 active players ... not all lvl 70) it would be nice if the dragon fights could be made possible for us. Currently it is impossible for us. We need to now not only help lower level players get to 70 asap but also supply gear and enchants for them once they get there to just stand an outside chance of being able to kill a single dragon , not to mention 2.These resources could have been used to level the stronghold putting us in a catch 22 situation.

As I asked in another post, is it possible, to give us a choice for max ammount of accounts and a drop of the requirements for smaller guilds?

I am german and joined a guild with german speaking players. While some of us could switch to a bigger, intermational, guild, some would be excluded due to the language barrier. We dont want to leave some friends in the dust, we like the fact, that we know most of our guildmates, so why are we forced to merge, if we want to get anything done.

Dont get me wrong. We got active players, some with good gear, some playing since beta with maxed out campain rewards (before stronghold). After these savings were spent we struggle with this insane ammounts of donations needed.

Find another small german guild in the same situation and merge. Adapt or die, there are plenty of solutions to this problem, just maybe a little out of some people's comfort zones or require some unwanted level of effort and diplomacy.

Players are allready leaving the game due to the last modules, and with the changes to Leadership even more players will leave.
    Adapt or die?
Well, i think players are allready adapting by leaving, and the to die part is left for the game...
I do believe in killing the messenger...
    Want to know why?
    Because it sends a message!

400 Influence is really not enough, considering how much it takes to upgrade.

I know many folks have lots of "alts" some like me don't

I really don't think we should need to depend on "Alts" to progress

    Please give it some thought

Thanks genius. We did not concider THAT. Wait, we MERGED 3 small (3-5 active players) and two medium sized (10-15) guilds, split up, bc one of the bigger ones thought, that it was not a merger, but a takeover. We talked to many other guilds BEFORE Stronghold about merging and we still keep in contact with them and are active at recruiting new players.

Fact is, that the community has lost at last 75% of its players (even if you count the new players). There are not that many active german speaking players. Some did not want to merge, some wanted to keep the lead all to themself and some are plainly speaking so annoing, that I would rather keep a rank 1 stronghold, than to have to listen to their drunken BS in TS for longer, than a meet, greet and goodbye.

Some of us could have switched to 'big international guilds' many times. The reason why we try to keep a german speaking guild is called friendship or loyality, not lazyness. You might have got that, if you would have bothered to read my post.

Ask some of the other players how 'well' the mergers/ agressive recruiting of new players went for their guild.
