Dodge own ITC

Symptom: ITC goes on cooldown without giving the promised effect

Affected skill: ITC

Reproduce: Cast ITC while dodging (3/4 dodge)

    This happens if you are hit right as you cast the skill... knocked right as you cast the skill or interrupted right as you cast the skill.

    Sucks, but it happen.. bugs been here forever
